- In this video, I'm performing a real shamanic ritual to answers my Spirits's calling and welcome them into now fully embraced communication. You can perform this ritual even if you don’t exactly know who these Spirits are or if you haven’t connected to any of your personal Spirit Guides just yet.
It's a beautiful way to honour your relationship with spirits if you feel like you are being called onto a shamanic path or if you've been walking a healer's path already but have never paid an honour in such way. Hope you'll enjoy watching it 🤍

I am here to honour you.
Please protect me and guide me onto this new path.
Dear Sprits, you called me to be a shaman,
and I have responded.
My heart is open, yet my spirit is still afraid of the unknown.
Please hold my hand,
Teach me the wisdom of the shaman,
Let me see and hear with my heart,

Show me how to be in service to the Earth, Sacred Gaia, and her children.

4:22 - “offering nuts and seeds” - how do we offer that which we did not create? No different than sacrificing another. Shouldn’t sacrifice and offering derive from the individual?
an offering doesn't not equal sacrifice, I think there is a slight difference.. there is also some effort or a way for you to obtain the food you eat (like nuts) so when you give it away or share it that's still an offering. Or in other words, when you invite a good friend to your home (which is your sacred space), you'd surely 'offer' them something for the effort of coming all the way to see you, regardless the reason of their visit, e.g. a coffee, a cake, a dinner, something you usually enjoy too perhaps etc.) - it works the same way with spirits we are inviting into out sacred space or we call for their attention. I am able to internalize my mushroom experience as of now. It brings me into the present reality - as the observer merging within it. I hike in my special place.
The other day, I was being completely streamlined by intuition. To my right was a random mailbox placed in the trees. I instinctively pulled out the green scarab in my bottom and right pocket, to place in the mailbox. It was then and only then that I discovered the golden heart pendant - almost like it manifested out of thin air. This was my alchemist confirmation: I had my quantum birth chart read to me and it had crowned me an alchemist, haha. I don't put too much stock in the title: but in the way of life.
I asked myself... "What is the mailbox symbolizing?" Well, it is a medium between two worlds, innit? hahaha. This is where I return to for my offerings to the spirit world.
I have much more to share about that day!!! but This is already in novel form
I am a whistler, btw. vibrato whistler with strong breath. "flute mouth" is what I was forced to speak one day by accident. It is wonderful to be connected. I whistle as I ease through the woods.
After picking up the trash leftover by Eclipse-seekers... I glanced to my left and saw 4 eyes staring out of the trees and at me. Deer :D It was another confirmation from the spirits. Those eyes pierced into me. It is something I cannot convey. I was brought to tears so many moments on my last hike. Grateful
Anybody reading this? Open your heart and the rituals will make themselves known.
I learnt about my ancestors and their intuitons wide open: We can become like the primordial animals and sense weather... catastrophe... natural disasters... This is why one of my Blood Peoples(of the Yucatan and Central Mexico) were nomadic. They follow the signs...

Yes, I think often you'll have to go through some deeper healing or life changes. Quite often, it take place in parallel. I don't think you'll ever finish healing but there might be a point when you'll feel more ready. The journey will unfold in the speed it needs, there is no rush… but also, what I will say, is that there will never be that 'perfect' moment either… if that makes sense ;) You can still honour their calling and have the communication open though. The ritual doesn't force you to anything but just acknowledges the spirits, the calling, and your heart being open to receive guidance. Thank you for watching Hafida x

Glad spirits brought you here too… If you'd like to learn more, there are several different routes for acquiring knowledge: online resources (just keep browsing for good and heart-centred material, books that explain shamanism in overall overview, direct knowledge from spirits (always best!) and, of course, you could find a mentor or a training. Myself, I do teaching and mentoring, and I will be releasing more videos on YT + preparing some specific training materials that will be available online… but you'll need to follow your heart when it comes to your learning path. Don't rush and enjoy each moment of the love and wisdom pouring into your heart. hope this helps a little 🤍🪶🤍🪶🤍🪶

Hello I'd like to ask about something that just happened to me because I can't find anything about this anywhere. I sometimes have live visions and sometimes I interact with spirits in real time and can see them and talk to them. Few minutes ago while I was walking around the room (my form of meditation) and all of a sudden I felt fear or sudden burden of respect and I saw an African male shaman in the middle of my door, he came in and I out of fear just laid in my bed untill I couldn't see him anymore. I did try to ask the entity what he wants from me but he answered "nothing, I'm just passing" I asked him why passing through here he answered with unclear signs of anger and then it all went away. I do not know what this means, was that a sign or something on purpose? Does that mean anything at all or just a complete random astral glitch? I am not African by the way, I have only worshipped kemetic goddess Sekhmet and Horus before.
Hello, you seem gifted with an ability to see and hear spirits but I do wonder whether you meditations could also be opening some doors or at least enhancing your skills. The shaman's spirit was perhaps just passing and maybe he got upset as he's not supposed be seen or distracted and was quite surprised (a little angry) you could see him. On a grand scale, it really depends on patterns of your visions so I'm not able to give you a definitive conclusion…
Sometimes shamans, who are still alive, travel through doorways and portals in their shamanic journeying / 'dreaming' to do a certain 'job' and maybe you have a natural way of doing this too so in some way you're just randomly crashing the pathway if that makes sense ;)
What I'm trying to say is that the African shaman that you have seen may have not necessarily be dead in spirit and perhaps he was trying to seal his tunnel/passage with words/invocations that could also appear from outside as a form of irritation. Hope this will shine some new light on your experiences ;)

Hello 🌻 Where are you based? It really depends if you have an access to some local artists. Always great to support regional artisan shops… if you can't find any, there is a bunch of independent sellers on Etsy (you can also filter suppliers to your local market) - you can find some juicy things on there (although, sometimes way overpriced so watch out for that). In some countries, you can also find workshop where you can make your own drum from scratch but they can be also quite pricey. There is also UK company I got my vegan drum from and could find their details if you're nearby 🧡 💛 💚

Can a near death experience be a dr telling you you have cirrhosis of the liver stage 4 and going to die soon? Then finding out your liver is healthy and young. I had a year of processing my death and excepting it. Then on May 31 I found out I am very much alive. I have been ill from a severe hernia.
Hi Ciara, of course your experience could be a way of spirits initiating you to 'something'. Hard to say that these experiences always point to that but if you have other signs of the calling or awakening, and if you feel like this was for a reason then, perhaps, this has a deeper purpose to your path. I'm so happy to hear that you feel alive and better. Also, quite a few people here on a channel reporting NDE too so strong pattern in new shamans-to-be for sure!
Hello, my story might just be a dream but i hope you can tell me what this is. But i once had a dream were i was with another man that had feathers in his head he told me his name was Isatik. Im not sure thats how you write it and we were both in a bonfire and i recall seeing a few symbols. I somehow knew that he was a "shaman". This may just be a dream that has symbolic meaning but maybe you can share some knowledge of what you think this is. I also searched for the name and the different ways of writting the name i heard but i have been unsuccessful in finding anything. Thanks.

It's hard to say without knowing your feelings/emotions reaction during the dream or without knowing what was shared/said/seen in the dream but it could have been your spirit guide or even your ancestors sharing either their wisdom or some guidance.

This one is a native American style, in key C. I have a different one that is my main go-to flute for healings but it's a little too big to carry around hehe. This one seems to always connect me well with the nature spirits and it's loved by fairies ;)

Hi Karen, the smudging I do it in the video is part of the ritual that invites spirits that are considered as helping with the shamanic work. The smudging you're referring to is probably related to unwanted spirits in your home space, like spirits of deceased people who haven't left our reality for whatever reason. They could also be negative energies that are simply occupying your space (again, there could be multiple reasons). Have you tried also other things like sea salt, water cleansing (e.g. water infused with lemon and rosemary)?
