I'm having same issue too carriage is hard and after knitting several rows it will do it if any loose tension in the carriage I'm beginning to think I made a mistake getting a lk01050 knitting machine had to replace one needle already
my experience is this machine does not like red heart super saver. i’m having the same issue with jamming up no matter what yarn i’m using. i’ll get the hang of it eventually. if you haven’t tried sock weight yarn i would suggest it. seems to work a little smoother. the tension is the hardest part. i think that’s part of the reason for jamming.
