ingredients:
Secret Fish Masala:
cumin 1 tbsp
Black cumin 1/2
Black pepper 1 tsp
carom seeds 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon thin stick 1 inch piece
mace very small piece
nutmeg very small piece
red chilli 1/2 tsp
ginger powder 1/4
citric acid 1/4 tsp
asafoetida 1 pinch
salt 1/2 tsp
Fish marination:
garlic paste 3 tbsp
lemon juice 3 tbsp
salt 1,1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
cumin crushed 1 tsp
coriander crushed 1 tbsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
carom seeds 1/2 tsp
garam flour 1/2 cup
water 6-7 tbsp (1/3 cup)
Boneless Fish 1 kg
Mustard oil for frying (any cooking oil can be use)

كمون أسود 1/2
فلفل أسود 1 ملعقة صغيرة
بذور القرم 1/2 ملعقة شاي
عصا رفيعة من القرفة 1 بوصة
قطعة صغيرة جدا صولجان
قطعة صغيرة جدا من جوزة الطيب
الفلفل الأحمر 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة
مسحوق الزنجبيل 1/4
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة حامض الستريك
الحلتيت 1 رشة
ملح 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة
تتبيل السمك:
معجون الثوم 3 ملاعق كبيرة
عصير ليمون 3 ملاعق كبيرة
ملح 1،1 / 2 ملعقة صغيرة
مسحوق الفلفل الأحمر 1 ملعقة صغيرة
مسحوق الكمون 1 ملعقة صغيرة
كزبرة مطحونة 1 ملعقة كبيرة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة كركم
بذور القرم 1/2 ملعقة شاي
طحين جارام 1/2 كوب
ماء 6-7 ملاعق كبيرة (1/3 كوب)
سمك مسحب 1 كيلو
زيت الخردل للقلي (يمكن استخدام أي زيت طبخ)
