The best thing about my Audi A3's MMI is at the touch of a button it retracts down out of view. Just buttons, stalks, flappy paddles and an analogue display, so I can just focus on driving.
Very use full walk through of the MMI, can you do a demonstration of what can be done with the Audi Phone App? Because on VW the app it is really bad and I hope Audi is closer to Mercedes that is really good.
No sure if you figured the answer out by now, but it's meant to be used when using valet parking. There's a NFC card in your vehicle that can be configured for this purpose.
@@sayfszn6561no it doesn’t, some audi spokesperson said that you have a big map on the infotainment screen so you don’t need it on the gauge cluster. This new one is really shitty, you can’t choose the dial design like the old ones, can’t put a map on it and you always have the driver assistance screen with the little car in the centre.
What happened to speed/rev dials ? Why would you want to see your virtual car driving down a virtual road..when you are driving down a road ..strange ..
1:20 well it is cost saving. It looks super cheap and feels super cheap. Other brands putting this in the center touchscreen is even more cost saving and dosen't make it any better. Previous generation of cars did this much better. That Tesla 3/Y and EX30 that's supposed to be as cheap as possible do this is to be expected. But seeing this like this in high range Audi, BMW and Mercedes is not acceptable and they should be called out for that crap. After having bought 4 new premium german cars in the last 10 years I think I will either get a used car from previous generation 2020ish or save the money and just get a Tesla if the premium brands can't deliver premium.
Where is the classic Audi instruments (the round ones) with red color that was Audis trademark really...Is that not an option at all inte new panel? the round in the middle with speed and rpm looked really superplain and a bit cheap compared to what many other brands do with graphics in their screens..

You might want to blur the phonenumbers of the people when playing around with the buttons, to prevent them from receiving prank calls
