Love the lowered Chevy, I had a 2001 Dodge pickup with air bag suspension. So it was easy to slam just the lower switch. Boom on the ground.

That tank on the duramax you're looking at is the def tank. That's the way it is on all of them. It seems low on this one since it's 2 wheel drive

GM in their infinite wisdom decided to put the DEF tank on the outside of the frame hanging down and vulnerable...yep, good stuff.
They used to house the DEF tank under the hood, which was a PAIN to get to
On that Chevy 2500 that is for your DEF fluid. Some genius designer at GM thought that'd be a good place to put it lol

Love BMW, I did have to learn to work on them PROPERLY, but after that and replacing things when it needs them or before it does its been great. It's kinda like owning an airplane, replace things when you see and issue or it calls for it, or it will punish you.

I hear a lot of people saying BMW is reliable, Mercedes are reliable and so on. I think its one of 2 we either get the bad cars over here/ we are terrible at maintenance or we just drive so much more than in Europe that we break them down more often.
Hey Chad, it's a combination of both, you guys have way longer commutes to work and general drives are much longer than the average work commute in Europe, also the maintenance is more expensive over there than here in Europe plus from what I know only 20% of the American population properly maintain their cars, so theres that.
From what I know I would say maintenance is probably similar - I don’t know many people who do things like regular oil changes and tyre rotation and what have you here in the U.K., but european cars are designed to do less miles than american ones, and the average car lifetime is shorter - here is is just 15 years compared to like over 30 or something in the USA is what I’ve heard. Another part is that cars are much more expensive in Europe, so when european manufacturers sell their cars in the USA they have to make them cheaper in order to compete with the likes of Lexus etc, and in cheapening them, and assembling them locally for tax reasons, they become less well made

My answer to the "Secret Action" deal/question is I think I've decided that I prefer the Copart walk-arounds mainly because it's more "street-level" as to what your viewers could actually go and purchase.
Even though I think Copart now requires a paid membership to get onto the lot (I don't think they used to insist on paid memberships) I think the general public can still get into those lots.
It just seems like those vehicles are more accessible to most of us watching.

If you use your truck bed to haul stuff, in many cases it makes it easier to load and unload if it’s lowered. Lifting your truck makes it more difficult to load and unload the bed in most cases.
Just like lifting a truck if done thoughtfully with intention your suspension will perform similar or better than stock.

I am a Bmw guy so my father and i can tell you very good cars,my first was a serie 5 E34 year 1989 2.5cc gasoline,2 years with him zero issues,next Bmw 123d twin turbo diesel very fast and no issues,now day 530diesel E61 u should try a big one Diesel Bmw. And yeah i threat my cars the best i can. Keep the good work on this nice videos. Peace

That white duracrap the thing hanging down low is part of the after treatment system. Def. Stay away from those BMWs . They are money pits after they get a few miles on them. My mother used to buy a new one every two years. They get a few years on them and over 65 thousand miles they start falling apart. They are not cheap to fix

On the 2018 that's the DEF tank you fill from under hood.
Obviously you don’t drive diesels that much. Yes that is the DEF tank which is deleted by a bunch of us diesel drivers once it is out of warranty.
That BMW 550I is a 4.4 liter V8 twin turbo and it's got 400 bhp,when new,must be a pretty quick car
