There's a city on the mountains and Highlands dubbed as the summer capital of the Philippines and the city of Pines where the temperature is colder than most parts of the tropical Philippines located in Baguio City farther north region of the main capital Manila. in Baguio you can see a lot of pine trees, flower, strawberry and veggie farms that grows fresh produce only on colder regions. You really need a thick jacket when you visit specially when it rains and gets windy. Another destination that has a cool weather would be in Tagaytay City close to Metro Manila where you can find the McDonald's and Starbucks that has one of the best scenic views around the world on a clear weather there are also a lot Cafes and Restos around with a great views plus a cooler relaxing temperature the only deal breaker is when it's gets foggy during mid day even when the sun is up you also need a jacket when visiting Tagaytay City even on summer times.

There's also beautiful white sand and clear water beaches, snorkeling and scuba dive sites on the island of Luzon not known hidden to most foreign tourist like the Caramoan islands in Bicol region former set location of the TV reality show franchise Survivor series US, France, Israel, South Africa, Thailand and the Philippines. There are surf sites in ILocos region, zambales, baler, la union and in Cam sur. The Saud beach dubbed as the Boracay of the north with less crowds way more calmer, quite atmosphere, with white sand and crystal clear waters. And also the last frontier up northern islands of Batanes with rolling hills similar to New Zealand and Scotland
