dunno if anyone gives a damn but if you are bored like me during the covid times you can stream pretty much all of the latest series on Instaflixxer. Been watching with my gf for the last months =)
As a massive F1 fan I'm sad there was no mention of the Monaco Grand Prix. Also I'd love to see this style of video for Gibraltar which is one of my favourite places that I've been to
I went to Monaco, Genoa and Nice a couple years ago. Monaco was a little pricey for me, but it was absolutely beautiful. I really enjoyed Genoa and, especially, Nice. I'm actually planning a trip back next year. Love your vids!
I found you videos from one of the border things, it might of been your spain video and it's 4 or 5 borders. All your videos are so interesting to me and I love your energy/enthusiasm. Also, all the summed up history of things. But the reason after idk 10 videos of the last 2 days I am finally making a comment is because of your comment @10:42 "I make very good deals. The best deals!" lololol. My president trump is such an idiot. Love when people mock his speech patterns lol. Always cracks me up!
I’ve visited Monaco. My friend lost her phone there and Prince Albert II’s guards took it to a building where she had to go through some complex security to get it back. That was quite comical.
"I stay in France to visit Monaco" .. that's what I love about Europe. I've lived in Australia for the last 10 years where you can drive for two or more days and you're still in the same state
Monaco generates about $3 billion per km2 of land so if Monaco grew 95% it would be about 38km2 in size and would generate about $114 billion per year making it equal to the country of Bangladesh in productivity (Bangladesh has a population of 162 million people). If Monaco grew to 6,000 km2, the same size as Devon in the UK, it would generate more money than the entire USA.
Really interesting video. Have been to Monaco before and loved it. Oddly enough my cosmetics say they are made in Monaco. Have no idea where as I see no factories!
Very interesting as usual. I liked the video style, keep it up. I’ve lived in 3 countries including the one I grew up in. If I win the lottery Friday Monaco could be number 4.
How does one go to Monaco, make a 32 minute video, and not mention F1 once 😂 its impressive if nothing else! I guess if you're just not interested in it whatsoever you wouldn't have much to say about it but still. It's a huge part of the country! Literally, the track takes up a good portion of it 😅
How no vid of marina + "new" Bally casino (no tie) + racetrack (F1 class) w/ tunnel under casino. ?? I visited Monaco and slept in our VW camper parking on the street in Monaco. We were there to watch the Grand Prix in '83. Love the palace shot w/ guards.
I like this vlog+studio style, but you need better audio for outdoor stuff. But I realised every time you went out, at some point you will block the mic of your camera/phone and the audio goes shit. So yea, maybe get a clip-on mic or something when recording outdoor
ibx2cat You may have gotten audio from your cam in those shots. Despite having the external mic. Because as soon as you change the handeling of the camera, in the previous shot, the sound improves.
it only shows when searching the details for the exact flight that might have it I believe, I couldn't find anyway to search specifically for them, it just randomly lined up with one of the flights on the day I wanted to go to NCE airport
Uh.. Monaco is not the world's richest country.. It might have the highest per capita income, but "world's richest country" is the USA, with a GDP north of $12T
Hey your wrong with farm subsidies, Farm subsidies in the European Union do not lead to competitiveness, the very world subsidy implies government support for an industry which cant sustain itself in a free market economy. Australia since the 1980's has had no subsidies for farms, the innovation this caused as well as subsequent efficiencies in production from lack of subsidies has made us one of the most competitive agricultural countries in the world even though our climate is much worse than Europes high rainfall one. Agricultural subsidies have had such a detriment to Spains sector that many farmers simply plow their fields once a year to receive the subsidy and don't the use the land for production as its more profitable to just collect the welfare. Agricultural subsidies have destroyed competitiveness in one of the most productive environments in the world (Europe) for European farmers, ultimately the removal of said subsidies would cause short term pain but long term gain. I am Australian and part of our education is learning about why our farming is so efficient and productive compared to other developed nations.
Most European cities that could be seen as 'high value targets' by terrorists have soldiers nowadays. Saw some standing on street corners in Antwerp, Belgium when I visited.
- I didn't think it was possible to do 1/2 hr. on Monaco w/no mention of Grace Kelly. :-P - USA! All the countries w/a Higher GDP per capita have 10 million or less (way less) people. - Money spent on the military has led to many things w/civilian applications.
I would argue with the fact that Monaco is the richest country.. By richest do you mean the biggest GDP per capita? Because if you do, you are wrong..Monaco is not even in the top 10
Not really, majority of Americans are very wealthy especially if you take into considering the rest of the world, I believe Americans suffer from a misplaced envious complex, also wealth inequality is a funny thing because if a person is making 50,000 that's still good, but you could argue that there's massive inequality because he's not making millions even though 50,000 is plenty and outside of America that's a ridiculous amount, also it's so good in Western countries that we had to make a new measurement called relative poverty, also the western world poor are suffering from an obesity issue something never heard of in poor people before.
Well, if we remove the one percent the average income for Americans is 51,000 which is plenty. This seems to be more of an envious problem, maybe it would be better to see how far people are from that instead of comparing people to the one percent and then you probably won't see such much hostility on this issue. I believe the biggest issue is cost not income, and city life is very expensive normally because of overcrowding and supply of certain resources, also the value of the dollar has fallen over time.
As a Londoner, I say yes, let’s split from the rest of the UK and form a City state. The rest of England voted against London, both in general elections and in the Brexit referendum. London would be a relatively rich city state, although we do have our issues with poverty that would need to be looked at. Interesting idea on the 0% income tax; I’ve always been a fan of higher taxes to build the state, but a tax system that gets people to spend their money will bring in huge tax revenues by the way of VAT.
wait till you see what it normally looks like :P nah I just thought it was great to have a real dedicated seat with actual space, I wasn't fussed about the condition (which totally sucked you're right)
If you have any plans on visiting Gibraltar sometime in the future could you do a travel vlog there too that would be awesome
have you seen the national team from Gibraltar in football lol they have jobs and only like 3 professional footballers in the team
monaco is not the richest country it is qatar and the size of monaco is 2 sq km not 0.5 sq km
Per capita it is
dunno if anyone gives a damn but if you are bored like me during the covid times you can stream pretty much all of the latest series on Instaflixxer. Been watching with my gf for the last months =)
@Bodie Tripp yup, I've been watching on instaflixxer for years myself =)
As a massive F1 fan I'm sad there was no mention of the Monaco Grand Prix.
Also I'd love to see this style of video for Gibraltar which is one of my favourite places that I've been to
hey could you do more videos like this please i like this format
Beautiful country. 🇲🇨

paint the wall behind you green so you can use a green screen to project google maps on the wall behind your chair

What if Monaco didn't lose 95% of its land
they would be annex after by France
Monaco generates about $3 billion per km2 of land so if Monaco grew 95% it would be about 38km2 in size and would generate about $114 billion per year making it equal to the country of Bangladesh in productivity (Bangladesh has a population of 162 million people). It would be bordering Italy and the city Nice would be the capital :-)

8:16 maybe u had your hand on the cameras mic?
Really interesting video. Have been to Monaco before and loved it. Oddly enough my cosmetics say they are made in Monaco. Have no idea where as I see no factories!
This is the first time where I've gone down a youtube rabbithole consisting of one channel
Why does Monaco need a Justbus system? Surely it’s small enough that you can walk anywhere easily.
Useful for disabled and older people :)
@@gaymooshroom371 monaco has the highest average age - higher than Japan and Germany
I used to live in Monaco (Fontevieille) and Nice.. loved living there.
Wow u go to Gatwick I use to live in Crawley which is like a mile away from the airport
Was that a shot of the Monaco harbor during landing?
Good video.....learned nearly everything about Monaco!!
Very interesting as usual. I liked the video style, keep it up. I’ve lived in 3 countries including the one I grew up in. If I win the lottery Friday Monaco could be number 4.
“Very early” I wouldn’t say 7:30 is that early :P

@themariomaniac Do you normally wake up exactly when your plane takes off?

Haven't found anywhere I was a fan of besides Monaco and the surrounding area yet honestly haha
houses in Monaco are about 45000$ per square meter

I have a separate microphone! It works really well in most of the clips, just dies a few times
In a demonic gremlin voice: I may not thik but I am rich
Does it have oil? Let’s invade it 😉
So you knew all the cars made outside UK and didn't what were made in UK? :D
KK89 technically the Bentley is German now, VW bought em out.
Make Monaco Great Again!
Please do a video on the channel tunnel and it's historical/political implications
thats 200 USD, thats a somewhat cheap ticket for here
I want to go to Monaco to watch the football
The goldish car is a Bentley and the black and silver car is indeed a Rolls Royce
Monaco is fucking amazing. Probably my favourite country.
Why
All those cars look just like LA lol
Also rich people do not "Spend" money. They hoard it. It is the middle class that keeps countries running. Monaco is an anomaly among countries.
The goldish car is a Bentley bentayga

North Korea ._.
The info graphic show made a very, similar video yesterday
FYI the reason the audio was bad was because your hand was covering the mic
I had an external microphone though!

So you went to Nice, eh? I bet you took a stroll on the Promenade des Anglais.

22:05 fact check: North Korea doesn't allow people to leave
How did you do an entire video of Monaco and not mention motor racing? 😂. Imo the McDonald's is unmissable.
bus Bus BUS!
Monaco is cool
Word is that Monaco beggar only accept creditcards
Probably in Monaco you qualify as a beggar if you have less than five figures (in €) to your name. 🤣
America actually spends around 3% on defense not 5% which may not seem like it but is a massive difference.
it was over 5% at one point and I believe despite only being just above 3% there are plans to increase it

Uh.. Monaco is not the world's richest country.. It might have the highest per capita income, but "world's richest country" is the USA, with a GDP north of $12T
the worlds largest economy is the USA yes, nobody is ever in doubt about that fact
Except that the us is spending so much on the military because it is profitable. Oh you have oil! Well it's mine now.
If you think seeing a couple soldiers is crazy go to Jerusalem
47.something% tax is unethical. Not living somewhere with no tax.
Why didn't you take the helicopter from Nice to Monaco? It's not that expensive
how expensive is not that expensive to you? It seemed several times more expensive than the bus/train haha
ibx2cat you can get this for less than €1,000

I don't believe I implied farming subsidies were good, quite the opposite actually!
Why were there armed soldiers?
Most European cities that could be seen as 'high value targets' by terrorists have soldiers nowadays.
Saw some standing on street corners in Antwerp, Belgium when I visited.
Why were you talking so slowly after you landed!?
If they needed a military they could get the locals to throw money at the invaders.

Mixing videos is OK, but it wouldn't be bad if you were to add some title, so that we'd know what we're clicking.
It's really hard to make a title that combined the two, I'd like to work out a way though
No, I mean, separate titles for different kinds of videos
Like, playlist titles, but on videos also.

Matthew Familia 🇶🇦 is richest per capita PPP
Per-capita is the only important metric for people, no-one should really care about GDP.

Actually the u.s is the richest followed by China in second. But otherwise great video!
Dave Atlas he means per capita
Dave Atlas US is highest nominal bc decently high per capital and huge population
