It's been in early release for a couple years now, I hope we get updates as well but it may be a long time
Look at Outbrk. Its being made, I believe release early access mid 2021. Much more realistic, or atleast supposed to be.

@@TryxHardxGamerz Yes, Outbrk will be muched more polished as they have a team of developers working around the clock on the game.
Storm Chasers has one developer who also has a family so updates come a lot slower.

There is a mode called free roaming we’re it’s endless tornado spawns it’s like free play

When I was 10 I saw a F5 tornado from around a mile away I will never forget. I watched it take out machine sheds and a whole farm

I have experienced a tornado before, the Memorial Day tornados of Dayton Ohio in 2019 and it was the scariest night of my life.
I have experienced tornados too in the may fury in Oklahoma starting May 15th of 2013 and ending May 31st my house was destroyed by the May 20th EF5 and I experienced the May 3rd 1999 tornado
I've seen what video you are referencing, where the guy is looking outside the upstairs window watching the tornado coming right for him, camera goes black and you just hear pure destruction that even a horror movie can't truly recreate. Absolutely terrifying. I read the report and I believe he was trying to grab something but once he laid eyes on it, all his brain could think to do was grab the camera and stand there frozen. Lost his wife and dog in that matter of time, very sad.
Also, fun fact about the word decimate, it actually means to take away 1/10th of something, hence the prefix "deci", so you certainly more than decimated this little suburb, but we know what you meant lol.

Fact: the largest tornado was the El Reno, Ok tornado. It was 2.5 miles six and is known as the largest tornado in history.

You could try solo free roaming the storms usually spawn tornadoes. Plus you get the entire map to explore

You should play American Truck Simulator. It's a very nice and relaxing game if you're looking for something to do. I would say it is somewhat like SnowRunner but its different. Many people say its the most realistic driving experience you will ever get.

Hey Trevor i have 2 game suggestions u can which are Driver San Francisco or maybe Gta vice city stories which was a prequel to gta vc only comes on psp, ps2 and ps3 i think and u will love both those games
