well you Need some backround Knowledge for this joke. vinny is not rly somebody you would call large (i believe he is around 1,7 m big wich is fine but also kinda small). he is also around 30 years old wich is Pretty old for the average streamer/youtuber. and for the drowning in the stream part i think it is Pretty obvious what Kind of stream the original commenter is thinking about

This was one of the best series of streams Vinny has ever done. It helps that the game was really fucking good. WAY better than a Tingle Point and Click / Dating Sim ever needed to be.
Honestly it's probalby my favorite zelda game now and I went from hating tingle to loving tingle unironically after this game. Like what the fuck how is this game that good.

Never in my life will I ever understand how a Wizard of Oz parody starring Tingle has a better story than most actual Zelda games.
TheGamedawg I was going to down vote this but then I realized how correct it is. Zelda 1, 2, Four Swords, Four Swords Adventures, Tri Force Heroes, and Oracle of Seasons all have more bare bones excuse plots than Ripe Boi's Balloon Swagger. Arguably, Phantom Hourglass and Link's Awakening could be thrown in there too.
TheGamedawg thats because with tingle they can get loose. ninty is way too protective of their ips to experiment, maybe its a good thing since i really fucking hate zelda mangas and do not want to see anything like that in actual games

You're joking, right? That's all they've been doing lately. Breath of the Wild, Mario Odyssey, ARMS, Splatoon, and The Wonderful 101 are just a few of the things they've done to experiment in the past 5 years.
i'm surprised that out of all of things they parodied they chose the wizard of oz.

I'm really surprised this game managed to be compelling with the characters and story. Art is insanely good as well, with a lot of creative areas & things to do. I wish Tingle was more popular so we could get more great Tingle games.

Yeah, sorry. On top of a few weeks of initial editing and being delayed for a couple major revisions (thanks to Southbird for some great feedback btw), correspondence with Vinny is somewhat akin to carrier pigeon.
Except thousands of other people are also sending their carrier pigeons so it's not uncommon for a hundred-pigeon pileup to occur, during which some of those pigeons may or may not survive.

I unironically love Tingle so much. This and the other Tingle game gave me so much legit love for this character, he's like Zelda's Wario
I always thought of him as the Hercule of N64 era Legend of Zelda.
God I remember actually crying while watching the "everyone sacrifices themselves for Tingle" section of this game. Wild how much I ended up caring about these goofs

No seriously, this (really awesome!!!) compilation doesn’t even scratch the surface with the humor and actually entertaining story this game presents! I enjoy that the compilation hits the general story beats but it’s so amazing to go into this completely blind and grow to love the characters, get intrigued by the plot, and laugh at the absolutely bonkers moments.

It was kind of an impossible task. How do you make a highlights video without including the Buriki moment near the end? How do you convey how magical that is without context? How do you establish context in a ~20-minute video while also capturing the moment-to-moment utter batshit insanity and hilarity?
Nonetheless, I agree. I kind of want to do a supercut as well, but after the time spent on this I also kind of _don't_ want to.
It was such a great experience to watch live.

This is definitely a game that one should watch the full streams of, aside from the desert part I never felt bored. It helps that there are some genuinely sweet moments, too.

One of my favourite streams, the sheer bizarreness of the game is something you only really come across every few years and the game had no reason to be that good, I'm so glad it was translated

Yeah, I've had a bunch of different handles. Long story. It'd just seem a bit silly to suddenly rename my old media-centric YT channel "Techbane", even if I don't exactly have a huge audience.
This game is just an indie RPG game before games like undertale and Lisa came out.

I have never seen a DS game, let alone a Nintendo game that both made me laugh at the sheer insanity and be horrified at the implications Tingle romanced under-aged girls. This is easily my favorite Vinesauce stream from you, Vinny.

I would just drop everything when this was streaming. It's one of the best things Nintendo has ever made and it NEVER RELEASED OUTSIDE OF JAPAN!!! By far one of my favorite streams ever, the entire series.
