Def try a Chiro if a physiotherapist doesn’t help! Especially with running! I was amazed how much pain came out of my hips and back due to my sciatic nerve alone. And then the relief my neck felt after years of pain, you have nooooo idea. I was super weary at first but now I swear by it

do the tandem read! i did the tandem the first time i read the TOG series. it made it so much easier to read tower of dawn bc it is such a slow book. and the timelines match up so it made the story build up so much better!!

I did the tandem read for tower of dawn and empire of storms and I highly recommend! I think reading empire of storms then going into tower of dawn would have made me dislike tower of dawn as I would have needed to know what happens next after the cliff hanger!
Where as reading them together I LOVEDD them both. As I really like the characters in tower of dawn!
It makes for a long read but I just had a checklist in my phone and it was super fun checking it off each time I finished a section etc. highly recommend 😍😍

Hey Conagh! I had similar back pain and ended up getting a CT scan done and I have 2 bulging discs. If the pain persists, I’d definitely ask for a scan! I’m only 24 so it’s definitely possible. Doctor basically told me there’s not much that can be done, that it’s better to keep exercising as much as possible (rest/sitting for long periods can actually make it worse), and that I will go through periods of flare ups. Might not be the case with you, but just wanted to let you know! 💗

I did a 9km interval run on Monday and it was so freaking humid, drenched in sweat after haha🥵 Wowwww. Brisbane weather is next level at this time of year😳But no better place than QLD honestly!! Anyway, loving watching your running journey 😊 Did you end up getting through the wait list with the GC marathon or did you end up picking another one? Also I am obsessed with the sugar syrup from maccas lmao. It is so frustrating though, when you ask for sugar free something, or half strength caffeine and they don’t do it. And you totally know the difference too! It’s like they think you won’t know😂

I would definitely recommend going to a chiropractor. I hit my back and the er doctor said it was a disk issue but my chiropractor did a scan and noticed that I have really tight hips and that puts more pressure on my back because I’m not able to fully extend my hips. The chiropractor has changed my life 😊So try going to a chiropractor and see what they say.

I have a feeling the reason the hair is making you feel less confident is because your tan is the same tone as your hair. And most red heads are pale as hahaha
Maybe you could try a cooler toned tan?
You should also try going to a good chiropractor! My husband has sciatic nerve damage in his back from his hip being unaligned and the doctor would have just put him on pain meds, Panadol, etc. Chiro found the problem and has been making adjustments over a few months and the improvement is crazy. 💕
i’ve booked in with a really good physiotherapist !! but i’m definitely open to going to a chiropractor too if that’s what will be best for me 💖

Why would you replace your Smeg appliances with crappier Kmart ones?? Also, people probably thought you weren't going to bring Charlie because you didn't bring her last time and because you got rid of your cat when you moved to your current house...
She said that the smeg ones were getting old and gross and so she replaced them with new more affordable options.
She was temporarily at a small apartment for a couple weeks and went back to the house several times a week. Why would she bring her giant dog for that short period? And she left her family cat at her family home. Y’all be so judgmental without even knowing the facts lmao.
I did the tandem reading for TOG and I'm sooo glad I did! I would have been so confused if I didn't. happy TOG reading. It broke me and put me back together. 🫶😄
