I’m American and I’ve been living in Australia for 4 years and I haven’t come by any dangerous animals. Maybe a couple spiders during summer time but that’s really it. If you ask me, America is definitely more unsafe with their gun laws. I’ve never felt unsafe in Australia. Like Conagh said, it depends where you live in Aus.
Maybe try some reformer pilates they train the muscles we need for good posture and will give you a good stretch ! they were a game changer for me and helped me feel better when strength training deep squats etc

In light of the recent murder of runner Laken Hope Riley out of Georgia, could you put together a future video emphasizing the need for staying safe on the run?
I'll just say if you want to read magnolia parks, don't feel dismayed if you don't get into it straight away (it took me a moment) because there's a lot of different characters you're introduced to early on and it doesn't really have a plot per say (at least the first book doesn't) but it's more so just "vibes". But honestly stick with it, because I have read all of them now (which I think is like five books?) and I honestly love them so much! The last book magnolia parks: into the dark was definitely my favourite by far! Maybe because now I am so invested in the characters and once you have read Jessa Hastings writing and the way she explains and describes love and just thought processes, it's just so poetic and so beautiful that it just feels like a beautiful warm blanket on a cold winter's day. I don't even know how to explain it, but you'll know what I mean when you read it. I'd also love to know what "team" you're on (Daisy or Magnolia). I do love both equally, but I'm a die hard magnolia fan now which is strange because I didn't like her at first and preferred daisy but idk. You really see more of the humanity of the characters as you go on and your opinions change the whole time (at least mine did) and it just made me think about a lot of things and it's just a masterpiece - it's like a beautiful work of art, the first time you look at it you think one thing and then the second time you see something else and something else. It's just magnificent and it's NOT your typical "romance" even Jessa Hasting herself said that she didn't classify her books as romance, that's just what genre other people gave it, so take that however you like and dive in. You won't be disappointed!
