provably you don't have the same model or you are doing something wrong. just follow the video . Restore the ipad with itunes i recommend to use mac computer to restore it.
it gives you error 4013? usually its battery provably you did it without enough battery juice, you have to charge it at least to 10% and please follow up the video with very carefully

Its because after removing the resistor you have to restore it in 3utools,the video is not complete it will not work with just removing the thing!
