The lady asked about the 5 wicket hauls. Obviously when you have 4 world class bowlers in a team, wickets will be divided in four of them, in result, to achieve 5 wicket haul is very tough. Whereas, when you've only one or two, greater are the chances to achieve it.
The pitches at the time of Gavaskar were comparatively tougher than what Sachin faced. So, Imran Khan is right, Gavaskar is the better one.

@@kunalsingh3121 definitely..cricket hadn't evolved as much back in Gavaskar's era as much as it was during Sachin's era. 90s and early 2000s I think has been the penultimate peak in World Cricket.

Someone tell this stupid lady telling statistics of 5 wicket hauls of Mcgrath and other bowlers faced by tendulukar that at that time in 80s when gawaskar was playing west indian team has 4 to 5 match winning bowlers and in presence of such number of fast and outstanding bowlers its very difficult to take 5 wickets or even 4 wickets coz every one of these bowlers is competent enough to bowl whole team out making it difficult for individual bowler to grab extra wickets. Whereas Mcgrath, Wasim, Waqar and other bowlers managed to take extra wickets coz their teams does not have 4 or 5 of such bowlers. She just googled or someone whispered in her ear without getting to the logic of what Imran khan was saying.

I am also of d opinion that relations between two countries shud improve. But I do not agree with what Mr. Imran Khan has to say . There are well meaning and extreme right wing elements on both the sides. But there is no evidence that Indian administration or the army has engineered any terrorist activity on Pakistan soil. On the other hand there is ample proof that Pakistani army has been continuously waging war albeit unsuccessfully, and encouraging and helping the terrorists for CBT. Our army personnel and civilians have been the victims of this mindless CBT. V shud not mix sports with politics does not good here. Here the intent of Pakistani army and extreme groups is in question. Unless U stop these mindless terrorism, conducive atmosphere for either talks or any other constructive things cannot be thought of . Talks can go if political differences exist. Taks between two nations can go if there r any other impediments but , not with ur military and extremist groups indulging in CBT.Plz put pressure to fall in line with the wishes of the people of Pakistan and act as support to the civilian Govt and not lead them as per their ideology of waging proxy war with India.
