This turned out great! I, too, like to buy white flowers so I can change their colours with my other mediums. It's so handy to be able to customize by project.
This is absolutely gorgeous. It is simple yet elegant. I love how you explain as you go so we can at least try some of these projects. I haven't made a canvas yet but seeing this it gives me some inspiration. All your projects seem doable. I just wish the videos were at a slower pace but I understand why you have to speed them up. I really love the colors in this one. I am so in awe of your talent and your inspiration for all your projects. Please keep the videos coming they brighten up my day.

Wowww! That is beautiful! I also think your idea of only buying white flowers is excellent. I have so many flowers that don't match as well as I'd like them too but I can see why just white would allow you to make them be exactly the colors you want in your projects. Great tip! :)

Ms. Vicky, this came out so beautifully! I've been really trying to get the mixed media aspect such as you have created down, but I tend to over think and over perfect obsess over it. Then, if it doesn't come out as I envisioned, I get disappointed. But, seeing you create your canvas, it looks so effortlessly done. I need more practice, huh? LOL.
I really like the idea of using the key for the butterfly body.

So so beautiful. I recently found an awesome piece of wood that I found in a craft store. I had no plan for it, but, knew I had to use it...somehow. I took it home and sat looking at it. And out of nowhere I thought to myself (as I was trying to come up with a project) "what would Vicky do with this?" I have come up with a couple ideas so far but haven't yet started. I might use some ideas you used here.
