  • Have you considered getting a stand-alone tuner, but you don't have space for another pedal on your board? Take a look at the Nano Tuner from the Rock Stock Pedal Co. I think you'll be able to squeeze this one in!

I would only get a Peterson strobe tuner if I would ever need one of these. Thanks for the video Doug :).....It s nice to know new gear :)

Thanks for posting this Doug! Ironically I just saw this tuner a couple of days ago as I am building a pedalboard for my Tonemaster & ordered cables from Rock Stock & it was featured on their sight. Side note I took have just noticed the "Glitchiness" of the TMP's tuner which leads me to wonder is it a problem with the TMP or the output of the pickups? When I use a lower output pickup the tuner jumps & not that accurate but using a stronger output pickup (like on my fender tom delonge strat that has a Seymour Duncan Invader pickup that is super hot) it dials it right in? Nonetheless I love the TMP and maybe this issue will be addressed in a future update. Also thank you so much for the review & your support to all us Tonemaster users!

When tuning a guitar make sure not to put too much pressure on the body or neck. This can sometimes cause the tuner to go crazy.

For one thing, I can tune my guitar on my Strobostomp HD before the TMP boots up.
