Mel, I had no idea you were out there on the front line. Thank you for your service!!! This is one of the biggest reasons I love Five Finger Death Punch and Brantley Gilbert!!! I’m so glad that you guys loved the video! I love you guys! You’re the best with the reactions! FYI: I went to school with a guy who is a volunteer firefighter until he graduated from high school then he became a firefighter. Last year he retired as the chief of the fire fighters here locally. Another guy who is in his class that I also grew up with became a police officer. He is now the chief of our county police officers. I can’t tell you how proud I am of these two guys. I’ve known both of them all of my life. Both of them have put their lives on the line for all of us. Unfortunately, there are those who have no respect for them. I am so happy that y’all love this video and that you shared your experience Mel!!!
Great cover of Kenny Wayne Shepherd's song !! More Kenny Wayne Shepherd to check out... "True Lies"... "Somehow, Somewhere, Someway"... and "Never Lookin' Back"... Thanks for sharing y'all
I just want to thank y'all for reacting to this version of blue on black. I'm a firefighter myself, it touches my soul every time I hear it. I will never forget 911
Thank you ma’am for your own service. I’m a part time/volunteer firefighter/EMT my self and it’s most reward and amazing job in the world, despite all the things we see, I love my job!
I was a fan of Kenny Wayne shepherd version with his band but when I heard this version with the tribute and all the great talent I became a bigger fan of this version FFDP did a great job , Brantley Gilbert’s added vocals was great and then Kenny Wayne tearing it up on guitar and singing and to top it off Brian from queen just shredding it at the end, it just became my most favorite version
Fun fact about Brian May.... He asked his dad for an electric guitar when he was young and his dad didn't have the money to buy one so his dad decide to take down the fireplace mantle in their house. Brian and his dad took the mantle and made the iconic guitar out of it!! Brian named it "The Mantle" because of how much it meant to him. That guitar is the only one Brian has ever played ( yes....every Queen song is done on that one guitar!!).
Actually the guitar Brian created with his father is called The Red Special, and there are plenty of times where Brian has been seen playing other guitars for songs....the most prominent coming to mind is the video for Princes of the Universe where he plays a white Flying V.
I'm so glad you added Corrections to your list of public servants/law enforcement. I just missed 5 years as an Ohio Correctional Officer thanks to a slip & fall while on the job. Best job I ever had.
It's good to see Kenny Wayne Shepherd (original performer of this song) on guitar and Brian May (from Queen) on guitar and Bradley Gilbert Sharing vocals on this video....fantastic..
Bald guy is the lead singer of Five Finger, then comes Brantley Gilbert, First Blues Guitar Solo is Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Second Classic Rock Solo is Brian May guitarists for Rock Band Queen.
Been a Firefighter for going on 11 years. We play Blue on Black when we head out on a call. Gets us all pumped up lol. Great reaction. Mel thank you for your service. 👍
Cool I like this version better than the original... Hard to do for a song like this, and it's the first time FFDP made me feel like that!!! Yah this is niiiice
I fought wildland fire for ten years, fought in socal also. Everybody needs to donate to the Foundation. Wildland boys here in MT are seasonal, no insurance except work comp. We NEED to do better for the wildland firefighters
This song reminds me of my sister I just lost I missed her and I tried to save her .I'm sorry I haven't been watching I've been healing I need to start watching again please hit me up when you are live I miss you all.
Because it’s near Halloween you guys should check out Ice Nine Kills Hip To Be Scared which is about the horror movie American Psycho And Assault and Batteries which is about Chucky
Yall have got to react to Sweet Transvestite from the still very popular The Rocky Horror Picture Show. 1 of THE MOST HISTORIC, ICONIC scenes in Movie History.
I'm always watching your Tom MacDonald reactions, I didn't know that yall were into FFDP. Check out Thanks for asking, when people hear it,it's going to blow up. Get ahead of the curve and react to.
I will always support our firefighters and EMS. I used to support LEO but after Parkland and Uvalde I can't do that anymore. Firefighters and EMS unlike police don't go out looking for victims. Great song though. Warren vs DC, police have NO legal duty or responsibility to protect anyone.
I had tickets to see FFDP in St Louis, and Upchurch in Anderson SC until the woo flu hit! Great song and reaction! Bryan May was the guitarist for Queen, and Brantley Gilbert lives about 5 miles from me here in Georgia
Would they still have done a reaction video knowing this is a song about police officers? Original video before the hate police things was about an officer giving their life for another officer.
Just a quick answer in my opinion... No one cares about those of us on the front lines... Just my opinion... React to original video... See what you all think then
Mel, I had no idea you were out there on the front line. Thank you for your service!!!

He’s playing with them dumb ass🤦♂️
I just want to thank y'all for reacting to this version of blue on black. I'm a firefighter myself, it touches my soul every time I hear it. I will never forget 911
Please bless the 35% of public safety not taking the jab, and standing strong against it. I stand with them as a retired fireman
My son is an awesome Police Officer who was shot 3 times by a methhead burglar. He survived and I love when anyone shows the good ones ❤
Thank you ma’am for your own service. I’m a part time/volunteer firefighter/EMT my self and it’s most reward and amazing job in the world, despite all the things we see, I love my job!
This is a powerful song. My hope is that there are those who felt empowered by it.
thankyou for your service

Original is actually better 😅😅😊😊😊😮😮😮😅😊😊
Not as good as Kenny Wayne Shepard.
Five finger death punch butchered this song. Kenny Wayne shepherd version is so much better
