Wow that's certainly a beast of an APO not sure if I've used anything at that F ratio before.
Beautiful long refractors. Must be fantastic for solar imaging as well!
Actually, my understanding is for Solar, you can just get an achro - it makes no difference. A lot of solar imagers have enjoyed the A102G's, metal build, and inexpensive - pick the f/ratio you want, f/6,7 or 9 - all the same price, with the f/12 Olympus being another great option. :)
