Common is another legend and another one of my favorite rappers from back in the day. I definitely a good amount of his cds in my collection… He just seems so down to earth and chill and I love that he doing well in movies and making a name for himself there too. Even if he is not as big in the mainstream, his truth fan appreciate all of what he does! 👑

I've been listening to his music for years and watching his acting in "Smoking Aces" "John Wick 2" "Hell On Wheels" and "The Chi". One of the few successful rapper/actors, in my opinion.
I saw him at a 24 Hour Fitness in Portland, OR a few years ago. He was hooping on the b-ball court while I was doing cardio. As I was leaving the gym, he was outside hanging with some lady and I was so star struck, I called him "MC Common"....embarrassing I know....lol! I told him I loved his work, he said "Thank you, appreciate it" and I kept it moving. I'm glad he didn't call me a cornball, lol! I didn't want to ask for any pictures or bombard him with a million questions either, I'm sure he got that all the time from people.
Anyway, I'm glad he's still making moves in the business, listening to this interview is inspiring for me to go out and pursue my dreams and ambitions.
