There was no Catholic in the beginning of the Christian era. It was just Christian. But to distinguish it from other denominations, they gave themselves the name. So if I have to choose, then I'll definitely choose Catholic.

Churches can feed you but it should be a secondary source not the primary source of your feeding. The Catholic Church is the one true Church. These denominations are not the true Church. Jesus built the Church on the foundation of Saint Peter and the Apostles. It has Apostolic succession. Only the true Church could ever answer this question. It is not merely a "feeling", the origin of the true Church can be traced back to the Apostles. Jesus gave us Church government in the form of the Apostles, they appointed leaders and so on and so fourth. God appointed authority. Not self appointed Bishops, or individuals all reading their bible "for themselves ". That is not the Church. It is Catholic. It is apostolic.

We are told to RIGHTLY DIVIDE THE WORD OF TRUTH, and to follow PAUL, and failure to do so results in confusion.
But how can God work in all churches and they are doctrinely different? That would mean that all churches all wrong but still God works in them, and so God dont care about faith.
There is no righteous person God only cares that your receiving the word from the Bible and to truly know who Jesus was. As long as you’re getting these things from your church (the Bible should be your primary source btw.) then it really doesn’t matter what church you go to, it just depends on where God is calling you to receive his word.
