@@OttoLouis89 yeah it’s a nice unit forsure and about five minutes ago I got the flathead in the tank to break free so I’m glad I put that motor back in the truck
@@RustyInventions-wz6ir the 49 is a nice truck but just wait till you see the 48 ford I bought it was one my grandfather had that I tracked down and bought back
Man, I'd have a hard time not driving that one daily. I'm a sucker for old Ferds. I don't need a hotrod, I love them just the way the came. Most of the time.. 😈
@@OdySlim it’s the original 85000mile 360 it works great! If your interested there’s a couple videos reviving that one it had stuck valves and bent pushrods, I beat the valves free with a hammer and put some rusty used pushrod in it and it has been driven every day since
Right on man! I drove this truck in 2005 sitting on a pail after my Grandpa brought it home, nice to see it move again!

That flathead fired up to easy. Looks like you got a good one. Fine Job!
Beautiful truck. I’m very jealous now.

Right! Order fords drive better when towing! My Dad says it's because they have something to pull straight away from.
My first truck was a 69 Ford 3/4 ton 250
@@leograppin8962 they are great trucks my girlfriend’s 70 just keeps impressing me and she has driven it every day since we revived it
no shame in an old ford them good iron
