🇧🇿 La isla Bonita! Belize's BEAUTIFUL Island! 😍 (Part 1)

La Isla Bonita aka San Pedro is where we head on this little adventure. Given that we were due a little trip somewhere this is a little island that we'd been wanting to visit for some time so....now was the time! Plus, I wanted to see if Madonna was right!🤩
We drove down to Chetumal the night before and spent the night there due to an early boat in the morning over to San Pedro. Many people that I'd met had told me not to bother going to San Pedro because it's too busy now and a little bit dirty and grubby. BUT, that made me want to go even more, I wanted to make my own mind up and not that of someone else. 'Horses for courses' is the saying isn't it?? 😁
I won't bore you with the details here, I'm hoping you'll watch the video for that, but what I will tell you is that I think everyone that told me not to go was wrong. So please, come and join me and let me know what you think in the comments section below. Personally I can think of worse places to visit 😎

Hi there. I don't know how long ago you are talking about but yes I can imagine it's changed a fair bit. It's still got it's charms though, albeit the tourism. Have you been back there lately? 🙂

@@welshgingerhobo I was there 1987,couldn't go back it would break my heart...I did Cyprus 1978...went back in 2005 and couldn't believe the destruction
