- Don't wait until it's too late, just do it! That's my motto in life folks, that's my motto in life. If you can, and you are able too... get out there and do as much as you can, while you can 💪🏼
In this short video I go on to discuss the value of our physical (and mental) health and how often times we take it as a given and forget the actual value of our arms, legs and so on. We also think that we have all the time in the world to do certain 'bucket list' entries but in reality, there are many things that can get in the way of that happening...a spanner in the works so to speak 😶
So please, come and join me if it sounds of interest to you.
Until the next one, take care and have fun folks. Peace ✌🏼😎🧡
Sound advise Buddy
Thanks for watching Johnny 😎
Thanks for the walk and message. To "go for it" is good!:) Take care
Hi Pam! I hope you are well! 😁👋🏼
Doing well. Hope you are the same. I just remembered I aggravated my sciatic nerve( it hated me) doing yoga. Thought It was helping and was making it worse!
@@pamallen7546 that's the thing. We need to be sure we are doing the right thing and not make it worse!
@@welshgingerhobo I had a hip problem on that side. I ended up sleeping with a big square pillow between my knees and ankle. It finally went away and helped my hip too.
I had si joint pain...was told to do piraformis exercise by the physio who works with the Welsh rugby team, within 6 weeks I was cured 👍
Hi, thanks for the information! Much appreciated 🙏🏽🙂
People do this with money they always say ''when i get enough money i will . . . '' and die before they live their life.
Unfortunately this can definitely happen. Thanks for watching and for your input 🙂
Sciatica is horrendous, Ive had it twice, the last time lasted 3 months
Where does she have the pain as i have an excellent book here on Homeopathy which might pin point the area & suggest treatment
May be a good idea to seek out a quality acupuncturist
💙
Thanks Claire. She's definitely doing a lot of research into it and trying various techniques. Sciatica is a horrible thing. I myself had a short bout of it a couple of years ago.
