Technically you can do it in vanilla if you have the patiance and magicka for it. You can throw things with telekinisis including cheese wheels that deal minor damage to enemies.
The mod when it replace Alduin with Fluttershy is very realistic and immersive, I was affraid of how realism it give seriously its impossible to find something to laugh out of it

There's three mods that I love. They add punishments to guards and one NPC from Whiterun. Every time the Whiterun npc mentions the "Cloud district", he geets yeeted into the sky. The second one, when a guard says "let me guess, someone stole your sweetrole" they get transformed into a sweetroll by a daedric god. Third, every time the guard mentions "an arrow to the knee" they get struck down by lightning.
Love these mods; a personal favourite of mine is the Laugh track mod - triggering a sitcom worthy laughtrack everytime you fail to pick a lock, throw a spell or a projectile etc.
About that weapons mod: I think it's the mod, "The Kids Are Alright" that, among other things, adds witch girls to places with conjurers and the like. Some are indifferent and can be adopted, but some attack with the other mobs. They carry a broom with a ranged attack (I think it's shock). I gave one to Lydia who adores staffs. Funnily, she won't use the ranged function. Instead she runs in and beats opponents over the head with the broom. "Skyrim belongs to the Nords!" (thwack!)
There was one time me and my friend got a idea to make a "Whalemancer" mod, the inspiration came from a disease in the game, I don't know it's name in english(since it's to long last I played), and back in the day I used to play it translated to portuguese... but here goes some of the spells we had the idea: Whale Ball: You throw a Whale that explodes uppon the impact. Summon Whale: You summon a whale to fight for you, if you try it out of the water it will die. Ressurect Whale: You can ressurect Whales... Whale Mantle: You summon up to 3 whale that circles around you dealing damage to anyone that get close... Whale Storm: You summon a Storm that rains down Whales from the sky and explodes upon the impact with the ground...
I just noticed something in Skyrim I've never noticed before, its very small but I found it cool, if you've already learnt a word of whirlwind sprint before going to the greybeards they will actually acknowledge that they see you've already started learning of whirlwind sprint so give you the 2nd word and probably 3rd if you've found 2 already
I really like the sugar atronach one. It feels like when you focus your mod on something singular, it makes it so much more better than when you focus on quantity

Funnily enough, the race with the kitten in a human machine would be relatively canon. A smart enough kajiit could pull it off There are races of the kajiit species that are basically just regular house cats that can speak fluently. They hate being compared to regular cats though. Unfortunately I don't remember the name, but I do know the reason they are born that way was because certain phases of the moons. Again, unfortunately I do not know the name of the race or what phases of the moon it was. I think if both moons were full it created that one. Or the lion looking race, I honestly cannot remember. But! My point is that could exist haha. Automotons exist, maybe the cat folk made some too but just based their appearances on how they look, like how the dwemmer based theirs upon themselves. It was a good thought.
