I had no idea what an electric linear actuator was until today. This will be perfect to inexpensively convert my $50 laptop table into a small motorized standing table without spending hundreds of dollars. Thank you for making this video!
I like how you kept those stuffs you need, indeed a true craftsman. Try to hide the cables under the frame to avoid accidents. Great idea man. Keep it up
Great table. Very sturdy and high quality material. Comes assembled which is great. I use it mainly to support my my miter saw. Like the pockets and the clamps and the lower shelf. Easy to move around.
You are right. I'm stuck with him too. It will be great if we can adjust the balance event and move the actuator aside. The legs will then be more comfortable.
Simple and Efficient!. I will modify this to build my own with simple features like, Making the Liver switch under the Table underneath the flat surface,
@@Wilson84KS That's easy fixed when you build your own though. Obviously all these projects can be tweaked to fit your own needs if/when you build your own version
@Data Banks yes, it's always about the idea, the build itself is great, it is cheap or even for free, all materials could be harvested from waste, could also be round pipes from bike frames or whatever, the main point is how to get stability the easy way because when building tables and chairs the classic way, four legs instead a frame, you have always the problem that the legs have different hight in the end, no matter how exact you cut them, but this here is an easy job, you can use screws if you got no welder. But finally it is a proper stable table, I definitly will do that for my working bench, I will use screws instead of welding so I can take it apart and use a different system for lifting, I want to use one of the winding things that many couch tables have, where you need to move a crank, but I will use some gears, a chain and a motor, to do it by hand is pretty annoying, and hide all that in boxes which I also will use for drawers etc. so I have a real working bench around a stable frame.
Great idea brother. Thanks for sharing. Keep it up. Can you please give me the dimensional details of the fabricated stand ( Height, Width, depth ). Thanking you in advance
Hi, I had concern regarding to the tools that you use on your project of what is the exact name the welding machine that you use in your project in this video.
excelente, lo único que me pareció que le falto fue hacer la base un poco mas alta, para que pueda meter mas el cuerpo. Me construiré una similar, muchas gracias.
I think those are pretty strong, but yea, it seems like it, I'm not sure I like that ideia, atleast for heavier loads like multi monitor setup or a pc on the desk
How much weight can it hold? Would it be ok if I left my sewing machine on it? Also I love the design. I have been looking to diy one but all the others show how to make one with wood and it is too bulky for my liking.
Anyone knows the proprieties of those metal tubes he using for most of his projects ? I can't individuate that material in Europe. I showed on local store, but they couldn't tell me either. Looks like having less weight than usual metal.
how much wait this Electric linear actuator DC 12v motor can hold ?Pls let me know . Is there any problem incase we increase the height of the table 60CM more ?

WHY DID NOT THIS GENTLEMAN GET A WORLD RECORD FOR HIS ABILITY TO CREATE ANYTHING I LOOK UP ON TH-cam?
Very nice.
Please share dimensions either in the description or pinned comment - that would be very helpful.
Of all the TH-cam self build electric desks this is by far the best one! 😎
Please do more videos with 775 motor 💕
775 motor videos are in high demand more please.
Yeah, I might also make more videos with the 775

Whatever you need, you have it. I love your videos and you make things so easily that one wonders how you acquire these skills. You are a real Master.
Dangeon Master. Yes sir! Ah...
Great video. But I always like tables which has more room for legs, free from any obstruction.
You are right. I'm stuck with him too. It will be great if we can adjust the balance event and move the actuator aside. The legs will then be more comfortable.
Good effort. Finished table has usability issues but overall a very nice project.
Makes a standing desk, keep sitting 😀
he never mentioned it as standing desk
lol.
actually this is good for ppl who work in product photography or video, cause u can just adjust the height according to ur plan or set up.
@@wirahalim444 agree.. Also good for pc gamer who's always try to find the best for their ergonomy. So good.. And really simple in my opinion.
muito bom! gosto muito dos videos desse canal!, muito inteligente e sagaz....

saudações do Brasil + like. essa é a mesa dos sonhos de muita gente. muito bom. sucesso.
Nice i was looking exactly the same but the frame look bit uncomfortable
Load capacity: 2,7 kg.
100kg minimum
Nice.
I would've left out one of the side from the bottom part. That way you can adjust your chair and not get hit in the leg.
Yes, the main frame should be higher so you can put your legs under the table, in the lowest position the table is too low anyway

Awesome video 👍😁👍 Great as always 😁

Why did you make it so low? The purpose of these tables is usually to enable you to work standing up as well as sitting down.
Look at it as a coffee/living room office table build. He just demo-ed it in his workshop.

Before watching: I gonna DIY my own adjustable desk! After watching, forget it, gonna go IKEA SKARSTA......
There are kits for motorized sit/stand desks for that price. All you'd need is to throw a table top on(not included).
brilliant job, loved it.

Me construiré una similar, muchas gracias.
I absolutely love your channel

Спасибо Братишка, привет из России ❤
So the actuator supports the entire load of the desk when it's raised up?
I think those are pretty strong, but yea, it seems like it, I'm not sure I like that ideia, atleast for heavier loads like multi monitor setup or a pc on the desk
Hight adjustable coffee table awesome

Great 775 motor project! I have used that motor on many videos on My Chabbel

the whole weight on the table rests on the actuator.. isnt it an issue if we keep desktop and monitors on the table?
