The way I look at it , he started with the intention to race clean & fairly but when you see that the rest of the racers are trash & just dirty players than his intentions on the race completely changed because that’s what I always do .

It's race (gta 5) where creators are saying to us "just push him avay". So you shouldn't make up stupid rules like "clean race". In our realities it's impossible espesialy in gta.
Cars in GTA V drive and feel like crap, well, like they're on ice. Rockstar could have fixed it with a patch, but after all these years they never did. Sadly, I have low expectations for GTA VI because of Rockstar's disrespect to the franchise.
