It' so useful to know how they do warm-ups, I always wonder how to start in my free time trainings. The spider-crawl movement is interesting.

Hey, where do you advertize before you do these events? I have missed the New York event, at least once, and I did not know about this one.

    you gotta start somewhere ;)
I had been training rolls over the weekend...and I'm still hurting ^^;;; I probably should have started just training warm-ups like these, since I'm so far out of shape...

they don't worship them... they just go there to exchange Information and to learn new things... that trip costs money but practicing parkour is free! and what you just saw was just the worm up.

Change ''..can parkour'' to ''can training'', and you'll see it's absolutely possible. Parkour isn't about imitating other people on the internet. It's about training.

Yeah, go for the big jumps and advanced movements as fast as possible..!!!!!!
and then you can question yourself if it was worth it when you're 35-40 years old, when you got problems knees, joints, elbrows etc. then you're pretty worthless to the society since you cant even work and you'll have pains in your daily life.
