in fact, for me, Shall Never Surrender is one of the few songs that have a very important and personal meaning for me, especially the second part. this song has always motivated me to move on and seemed to gently remind me that I am not alone, that there is someone or something in this world that will help me fight difficulties and adversities: whether it is debt collectors, or the death of some of my loved ones, whether it is the beginning of a war or the departure of those close to me people. this is one of the few songs that helped me pull myself together and go. thank you, V, for such a beautiful and masterpiece cover.

I am not ashamed to admit that the back half of the song got me choked up. In general, the song reminds me of the game and everything between Nero and Kyrie, but you also nailed the hell out of that part and it worked so damn well.

You know, I've always felt like something was missing from Never Surrender, and after listening to Devils Never Cry and Devil Trigger, I realized that it needed another verse with the growling vocals either after the clean vocals part, or on top of the clean vocals, kinda like what Devils Never Cry did. Devil trigger needs another verse with the male vocals within the song to add a bit of change to the flow of the song. But that's just my opinion. Your Devil May Cry covers are fucking amazing, Little V!
