This is by far my longest vlog- It was so special and I wanted to share all of it with you. I had dinner with my twinnies before the left Johannesburg the following morning. I then had a mini surprise bridal tea party for one of my favorite colleagues at work during our lunch break. Then I close the vlog off- by attending my first south african Sign language Comedy show featuring the incredible Tumi Morake. I had so much fun and hope you will too.
Not forgetting the Health segment- and on this video, we are addressing Earbuds- to use or not to use them?

Catching up❤. Love the health segment. Fortunately my grandmother discouraged the use of earbuds (she was a nurse). My sister decided not to listen 😂. One day she started complaining about an earache and struggling to hear. Long story short they found the tip of the cotton wool at the end of the earbud lodged in her ear canal ibolile and puss was coming out. We were even more convinced not to use them.

I had to pause the video before i forget cause knowing me ill comment on other things later on. Tinnitus sesi! 😭😭😭 I have been hearing sounds in my left ear for months now. The ringing, the humming, my heart beat, mosquitoes you name it! I haven't been to the doctor to get it checked cause when I research they say it's none reversible and nothing helps. I'm guilty of super clean ears cause growing up I was told I'll lose my hearing if I have wax in my ears 😢
I got the shock of my life when you said the smallest thing that you can put in your ear is your elbow 😭😭😭 Is there anything you know of that helps with Tinnitus?

I would highly recommend a consultation for the ear problem, it could be caused by different things, the ear has 3 parts- outer, middle & inner ear- you know what, I’ll cover this on my next health segment …😛
