The spinach, I precooked potatoes then added onion and spinach once potatoes were done cooking.
I usually steam the added spinach, I try to not overcook it, for seasoning I add salt & black pepper

Nana quick question as embarrassing as it is. Can this chlorophyll assist with my diabetes urine, been diabetic and using insulin for the past 13 years, I don't like the smell of my urine, I understand it must be the meds I'm taking. Went to my GP last Friday and forgot to asks, but going back Tuesday and the average was 6.1 on that long test starting with HC something, thanks always for the education sister Gelese😊❤

Is the ‘funny’ smelling urine a recent thing or has it been that way for a while. Diabetes can affect the smell of your urine and well as medication.
