    계란이야 사실은 맞으니깐 어쩔수 없다지만 2,3번째 같은 경우는 굉장히 의도적이면서도 악질적인 케이스임. 대표적인 케이스가 ‘칼로리몬x터‘ 제품

    편의점에 켈로그 그래놀라인가 통에 가루만 들어있는 애도 앞에 대놓고 커다랗게 단백질 12그램인가 붙어 있는데 뒤에보면 작게 우유 타먹으면 12그램 이라고 써놨던데

    맞네 프로틴바에 계란 2개 분량이라 해놓고 실제 함량으로는 탄수화물이 더 많던데

    프로틴쉐이크도 2수쿱기준이라고 써있는경우도 있고
    1회분 기준이라고 적어놓고 1회에 2스쿱이 적정용량이라고 나오는것도 있음

    그거보다는 볶음밥같은거에 파우더 넣어서 단백질 늘리는게 더 문제아님? ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 닭가슴살 250g먹어야 45g정도 채우는데. 실제로 요리해서 자연식으로 먹어보셈. 배터짐 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
