    I'm 21, female, and I have MS. I began hitting the gym and doing cardio every single day but weekends, it feels awesome, feels great, makes me forget about this illness. But my MS is stabilized, it stopped progressing for more than six months now, and I'm so happy and glad that I can live normally even though I have Multiple Sclerosis. 🙏🏻❤️

      My journey of MS has just started now and I’m so depressed because all of this is diagnosed just now and it feels hard

    My dad has a rare agressive form of ms and he didn’t try to maintain what little strength he had after the diagnoses. He’s really unmotivated but I want to try to get him to do some gentle exercise, even if just for mental health at this point. I find all of the videos I see are for younger people or just those who have more strength than my dad. He is very imbalanced and wobbly, it’s difficult for him to climb small steps and walk well but I think some light sitting exercises could do him good. It would be amazing if you could maybe create a VERY low intensity workout for those with more intense ms? I would greatly appreciate it!

      @@mindynguyen8277 they did just say that their dad has an aggressive form of MS and is quite wobbly, which is common for many with MS; not always lazy or unmotivated per se.

      Hey 👋
      I have MS and I've had 5 relapses in just under 2 years so I'm suffering greatly and my balance and walking is terrible.
      What's helped me the last few months is putting music on and just letting my body enjoy the rhythm
      It made it less clinical and more fun 🙌

      I'm having my muscle cramps from my hands including the palms of my hands been going on for the last 3 weeks

      I’m also suffering from an aggressive ms
      Everything just started now
      My walk balance even focus is terrible I couldn’t open my eyes for so long because they get so tired 😞

      ​@@mindynguyen8277 I have ppms its extremely painful and takes so much energy just to do basic things, after a day of doing too much I will sleep for 2 days. Have a little compassion.

    Thank you for this video, I have been MS for 16 years, unfortunately I have a problem in walking, and I cannot go to work and cannot get in touch well with other people so I am really upset because of my situation, I want to change and improve my life, could you help me please .... and give me some exercise to help me?

      Look into Terry Wahls Protocol & her diet dook with all kinds of recipes. She was in a wheel chair and by changing her diet and other tools she changed her life. I send you positive vibes & that you find relief that you can walk again.

    Can these floor exercises be done on the bed or they must be done on a hard surface eg. the floor ?

    Its hard to stretch when your muscle goes into a charlie horse and sets off more charlie horses.....you dont understand....

    The music is very distracting and so annoying I turned off the video early. I decided to try it again on mute and used the closed captioning. Otherwise it's a good program to use along with other forms of exercise.
