@t.lindsay6 you can definitely make money. You have to be sure that you're investing to turn a good profit. Mainly, be sure that you have residual funds in the event of unexpected costs. Do your research when hiring contractors. Location is key. Also, a tiny little detail some don't even think about when getting into reality is utilities. Yes, utilities. More people are working from home, and they are looking to see what services are available in the area they're planning to reside in. I also see a fluctuation in people moving outside city limits due to lower property taxes. Those are just some of the things to consider. You can do it. Just make sure you do your research thoroughly before diving in head first.
