Prescott gives a good speech, but he's still a goddamn liar and mass murderer. I'm not saying Jinn's perfect, not by a longshot, but she's still a lot better then him IMO.
@@konahrikb1578 Prescott made the tough calls neccessary. One thing people critize him for is the island at Gears 3. But in that island he had Marcus dad develop the weapon that ended the war.

Prescott speech is still my favorite in the series. Compare it to Jihns opening speech in 4. Prescott was by far the better chairman.
