However, the judicial system is still needs radical reforms, such as accountability of judges with clear KPIs and any mistakes made by them or lack of respect for people or justice should have the harshest punishment on them. Also, accountability on those using the legal system to unnecessarily harass and extort people using bogus cases. Too many injustices and years and years of delays have made it an absolute nightmare.
Then y Bjp is telling in Bangladesh there is persecution for Hindus of India has a long standing ties with Bangladesh So it’s very clear bjp’s election propaganda is all such allegations

Our legal system is a joke. All Governments have done everything in their power to weaken the Courts.
