- Driving the Pordoi Pass in Italy. The road connects the towns Arabba and Canazei. At the end of the video, I take a right turn on the SS242 to drive the Sella Pass, but you could turn left to traverse down into the town of Canazei.

Crossing Ortisei and Selva and will reach Plan de Glabra, from here drive in the direction of Corvara. You are now between the mountain groups of "Odle" and "Sella", exactly in the middle of one of the most famous areas in the Dolomites, and surrounded by an amazingly beautiful landscape! From Corvara, your road will lead you to Arabba first and then to Pordoi Pass.

At 13:30 you should have taken the funivia (cable car) to the top for some spectacular views on a day like this. When I was there in June some years ago, there was at least a meter of snow up there. I spent at least 5 hours up there and then took the bus to Arraba to my hotel. The motorcycle got parked that day.
Already looking forward to drive there with my car. Love mega-mountain-roads. But it's easy to drive here compared with the Stelvio.
Enjoyed the road with a super serpentine through maintained Italy. Admired unknown road tours.

Thanks for this! Loved remembering my visit to the Dolomites back in summer 2018. I stayed at the Col Di Lana Hotel which is right in front of the Funivia. Nice memories!!

Beautiful scenery. Lovely weather. A poor drive by your standards. Too fast and aggressive - positively dangerous at a couple of spots. You just failed your Driving Test. Thumbs down this time.
Aggressive, too-fast driving not appreciated. Two thumbs down, despite beautiful countryside. People can increase the speed on TH-cam, if they want. You are driving way too fast, nearly hit two cyclists, tail-gated.
