The x3 looks a lot like the design of the old Marathon xl from the 80,s . I had a working girl Marathon xl from the 80,s that looked out dated net to the h3"s . I went to the factory back in the early 90"s. It was so impressive to see then build the h3"s , entertainer coaches ( with 12 volt and 24 volt alternators and the Lamerage, seeing them start with a jig ( h3 )to start the walls. I could spend a week just to see them being made !!! I'am sure it has changed a lot since then. Thanks for showing this, Marathon has had a good name in coaches for a long time.
Wow!!! What a great video Mal!!! This video speaks volumes about the quality of y'alls RVs. It's great seeing all the beautiful colors and fabrics of the finished product. But rarely do we get to see it before it evens make it into the shop!!! God Bless you Mal!

My Uncle like both chassis, but the X3 without the slides and the wheel flares. Just plainly tell the public that a the bus chassis won't move and flex with time; especially if it's your permanent home. If it has a Freightliner chassis that needs repair, there's a long wait time at the Freightliner dealer.

My guess is that for "range in price from $1.8 to $2.5 million", you can have any damn bed you want.

Not possible, heavy duty road engines only go up to 600 horses for some reason, anything higher can’t fit
You can get 700hp in a Newell Coach with the Cummins X-15 with a performance package from Performance Diesel Inc. You can beef up the Volvo D-13 that Prevost uses with a kit from PDI as well.
Lose the background music, please. Marathon and Mal do not need inspirational music. It gets very distracting, and sometimes drowns out the narration/dialogue.
Mal W you are full of it. Newell has you beat by a long shot. Quit lying to people about things.

@@bubbagump9761 I don’t agree with you but Country Coach used that chassis in their units but Newell is built from the ground up. They use aircraft aluminum in their units instead of fiberglass structuring. You are entitled to your opinion but I will take a Newell over any other Coach out there.
