Nah. To inconsistent at times. Even Owen said he was much better in big time moments then in regular games or in the training. He's own teammates were surprised by some of the saves he pulled of in games knowing what he usually brought to the table.

My favorite goalkeeper is from my team, and he is in this top 20. He is Rogério Ceni, from Brazil. He played for São Paulo FC for his whole career. He was mainly responsible for my club's enormous achievements, like Libertadores and Club World Cup. The best Brazilian goalkeeper of all time! São Paulo is a team without due international recognition, but it had enormous players, such as Kaká, Cafu and Rogério Ceni, idols who started their careers on this team!

I know the list is subjective, but Manuel Neuer is really the only GOAT goalkeeper. The guy won two trebles, 9 bundes liga titles, a world cup and refined the sweeper keeper role. When even Oliver Kahn admits that Neuer is better than him in his prime, you know he is that good.
