UPSC is luck game simple. Lottery. Atleast this is the case for General Candidates. My advise don’t waste time on this exam, especially if u r working professional. Work on GRE, GMAT, CAT and try moving out of this country. That would be a big achievement if u r able to settle abroad.
You cannot qualify prelims without luck. Mains evaluation is highly subjective depends on who is correcting your answers, specially essay paper. Interview is again highly biased. So without luck u cannot qualify this exam. There r many students deserving but no qualifying. Simply because of luck.
