it always says face scan technology not working
it could have been removed possibly but i dont think so. Maybe try to reinstall the app.

@@Mr.Midnite80 I’ve got a new gen console so maybe network issues even though my connection is fine. Could be something on their end
I tried on my older iPhone 11 and it did the same thing. But then I used a newer iPhone and it worked. Might just be the device you use

yeah i had an issue with logging in but i just uninstalled and re downloaded the app.
It keep saying mouth open and when i go ahead with the processing . It get stuck in 33 percent every time
It might be an issue with either connection or if you're on old gen.
Mine just gets stuck on the refresh screen and never lets me get it

i think the app is hit or miss, from what i have seen. it works for some and doesnt for others

mine took just a few minutes, I Didn't edit the video so just a bit.
