I’m sad I missed the live! I had two cards in this one because my December card didn’t make it in time. And I got two holy crap exclamations from Kristina! 😊😂 The twist and pop fun fold was way harder than I thought it would be because I adapted the measurements from rectangles to squares-it was a lot of mathing! Thanks for taking this time to highlight so many creative card makers!

Aimee: Your twist and pop fun fold card was truly amazing. It inspires me to try one myself. Everything was just perfect, the color blending, the stamps you chose, the composition, just everything! There is a word in German for which there is no equivalent in English--"gelungen." It means that something came out the way it was meant to come out. Your card was truly "gelungen"!

Thank you, Kristina, for you sweet words of praise. It did take a long time to make this card. As I am a perfectionist I measured everything, from the matting to the spaces between the individual four circle die cuts on the Lego blocks. I missed the Live, not because I didn't know about it, but because I was seduced by the political videos popping up on my feed as I was preparing to watch the Live which I had greatly anticipated, lol. I am a political nut and the drama in Washington DC since the election has taken precedence over my second passion, card making, and has consumed all of my time online, lol.

We are having a problem in our area with our USPS. My brother didn't get his Christmas card until late January and I mailed it after Thanksgiving. My December mail art didn't arrive until this month as well. Plus, I made a card and matching envelope that took a LOT of time. The recipient has yet to receive it. I went to the post office yesterday to lodge a complaint. It's definitely at our end somewhere. Anyway, I know how you feel.
