I wrote a cover letter for one of my new grad applications and it was a night and day difference. Hadn’t heard from other jobs I applied to but added a cover letter and they reached out the next day! Just a suggestion. If you’re passionate about peds it’ll stand out in your cover letter too! The frustration is understandable. You got this!
I used to cream contour the same way you did and then I saw a video on tik tok that said to apply it higher on your face like almost where you would do highlight and blush and stipple it in with a brush and blend it upwards. Life changing!! xx

I think you need to apply to new grad programs, find out when the application periods are usually 1-2x per year, has to say new grad otherwise that's prob why you aren't hearing anything

Job hunting is honestly such stressful time for anyone. I’m 22 (turning 23 by July 12th) and according to my dad, I need to start looking for a job with benefits (good insurance benefits) because once I hit 26 and I believe this goes for everyone in the country, our parents by law cannot help us financially meaning we’re no longer covered under their insurance. So because I was never taught how to handle adult things like taxes and insurance, and since I haven’t been in school college for the past 2-3 years because of Covid, I unfortunately don’t have a lot of skills and talents….(my dad told me that) so I myself am struggling hard just to figure out what job I might want, what job I could be good at, and what job would give me good benefits. It’s definitely a struggle that keeps me up at night. However, I’m narrowing it down to either working at Ulta (Ulta is more calm and chill than Sephora) or doing trading with Forex since a lot of my friends have been trading, and they’ve all been able to pay off their college tuition and debt.

apply to the genral nurse residency programs and imply that you are interested in peds!
I know the job hunt is stressful-it always is-but remember that one you are already doing a lot right now so it's not like you are just sitting on your ass doing nothing-give yourself a break. Keep applying and praying and I know God will place you exactly where you are supposed to be as long as you put in the work. I used to have like a set number of jobs I would apply for a day or give myself like a time limit to work on it per day. I know there is a huge nursing shortage right now-someone is going to hire you-but it also takes what seems like forever to get a job in any field. Pray for God to direct you-that always helped me-I know you want to do peds and if you are meant to you will or maybe you are supposed to start somewhere else and work your way to Peds-I don't know but God does. I am so proud of you-don't be so hard on yourself. You have the rest of your life to work and you are going to be an amazing nurse.
