I find it makes grocery shopping easier going on Pinterest or Tik Tok and searching for healthy meal/ snack ideas and making a list of what to get for those recipes before going to the store. It helped me a lot

Ordering groceries for pick up has changed my life! I used to dread grocery shopping because I feel like I’ve spend so much money and I have nothing. ordering online you can go recipe by recipe adding every single ingredient for everything you need. It’s so nice.

For grocery shopping make a list of the meals you’re going to make and how many servings of them. Then make a list of all the ingredients you need/quantity. Then take that list to the store! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

tips from a barista:
a latte is going to be your best bet if you want a lot of milk it’s just espresso and steamed milk
a traditional macchiato is usually espresso with a scoop of foam so not much milk at all
a cappuccino is espresso, steamed milk and foam but usually less milk than a latte if
done traditionally
an americano is espresso and hot water nooooo milk
Based on what i’m seeing I would just stick to a latte and maybe get some syrups to add!
if you want a starbucks caramel “macchiato” it’s just a latte but the shot goes on top and it has vanilla syrup and caramel drizzle!
