Michael Johnson I almost had an aneurysm doing this and the stupid skate boarding race in Lost Fleet. The glitches and the randomness of Spyro doing the complete opposite of what you controlled him to do in these races were ridic.
I know. I just spent over an hour on the last race and playing the level so many times It let me think about the a race and everything wrong with it. The worst parts were the sudden speed losses when you bump into a wall or land awkwardly, but those could have been fixed with more testing, however, a bigger flaw was the level design. Doing tricks means you are unable to turn in air and all but a couple of the ramps are put next to turns meaning with the crap controls you can’t reliably get tricks off on most of the ramps. The best ramp to get tricks off on is the first ramp, that ramp is straight enough to not need to turn and tall enough to let you fill most of your bar, however, it has a second ramp above it that you can axes if you have enough speed. The problem with that is that the second ramp is much worse, it is placed before a turn and is not as high up(in relation to where you land). This will mean that you actually want to go on the first ramp, however, the second ramp creates a ceiling so that if you are going to fast at the first ramp you will smack your head into the ceiling meaning that you can’t actually get more boost to coast on, meaning you lose. Oh and also if you are doing a rolling trick and you take your hand off the y botton(for Xbox controller) too quickly you will not fill the bar at all making small jumps useless and the first ramp even more important.
To be fair the reignited year of the dragon was not developed by Toys for Bob , it was instead done by Sanzaru Games due to time constraints , I think that after some bug patches things will be better and it will be more of a close call between the two
For some reason the super secret bonus round is like the 75th hunger games during d quarter quell. You've managed to get 100%, step back into the ring to do more. FML.

I'm all for challenging, but this was a mixture of piss-poor controls, unfair A.I., unreliable hit detection on an already narrow track, and a boost system that's too risky but required to win. Can you flame the yetis to wipe them out like in the original? Made the race _slightly_ easier back in the day. Also I just noticed they removed/limited the tracking on the fireballs in superfly/superflame. Those things should follow the UFOs at least a little.
I wish the older snes Mario games featured an extra bonus beta level like on here! It’s a very clever thing to have unlocked by first finding every single gem, egg in the whole game! I guess donkey Kong 2 and 3 had the lost world, which was similar to this hidden unlockable.
I need help! I’ve collected all gems and eggs in every world to where it says 100% complete for each level in that world and even 100% for the 4 Sparx levels. Where do I need to go next?
it says im missing some gems in Charmed Ridge even though i already got the chest...it won't let me go into this bonus level because of it...literally the game says i have 99% finished...so mad about this
Why is the skateboard different in the switch version of this game???? I get a stupid squid as a skateboard which doesn’t have any type of turbo so it’s impossible to get to those gems that are high ip
I got all 20,000 gems but I still can hear the thief's laugh between the first rock path that split into a 3 way, pass the green flags. I can also hear it close to where Bianca is standing from the same wall. No thief to be sighted for me anywhere.
Maybe not the proper way to play this, but you can bug the snowskate race by exiting the race and accepting race.. do it like 15 times and you play in slomo.... i did it like this and finally won the race, because its better to control your tricks to get boostspeed this way...

I beat the sorceress and have every egg in every level and all the gems in every level and somehow I still don't have enough to open this door but when I look through all my worlds say I completed everything and money bags didn't give me 15000 I have 14210 and 145 eggs

I got 14600 Gems. And I couldn't find more of them. I finish all missions with 100% but Midnight Mountain is 111% yet I couldn't unlock Super Bonus Round. This better not be that shitty glitch.
The super bonus round seems more like a punishment than a reward for getting 100%.

Literally just played the game from start to finish and got to the race. Failed several times (loooads) and came here. Gah, and I was so close.
