French is actually one of my mother tongues. I just meant all the French words/phrases they used are random/weird. Like what the hell does "je me sens très Simone De Beauvoir" mean? And why abricot, pain, croissant and not other words? Basically I just meant that their choice of phrases shouldn't be taken seriously at all, but I get that you were joking :)

I first watched this video several years ago with absolutely no knowledge of the French language. Here I am now, did 1 year of intensive French course and currently doing my studies in French too! I tried speaking French... I sucked. Since I was kid I pronounced everything with diction, but in French the language just spills out of you. It's so beautiful, but sadly I can not say anything in French correctly ahah.

+Anna B You just had bad teachers and not enough practice. French is a tough language to learn because for each rules we have a whole bunch of exceptions. Otherwise, the prononciation is fairly accessible for Americans and we share a large part of our vocabulary with English.
