The single edit, the album version, and the version I am posting the link to. I hadn't heard this version, so the one I heard must be the album version. The Keeper albums came after that with Michael Kiske on vocals but Kai Hansen was the first singer and lead guitarist.🤘🏻 He is THE godfather of power metal and no one else.😋 I love all of their albums actually but of course some more than others. Can't wait for the new album, they sound just as good as they did all those years ago.😌

Good morning, what an excellent song by the best band in the world. This song is 12 mins 10 sec long and is the last song on the album. There is plenty more slow parts in the song which is not in this edited version of the song, and yes there is some funny lines as well as Helloween always do. Also in the full length song the singers all sing different parts, but in this version it was mainly Kiske. I have heard the full version of the song and whilst this is good, I had only listened to the full version and clearly for me things are missing, but it still sounded good. the last helloweens studio album ("my god given right") have a huge aerlier Deris era records vibe ("master of the rings" and "the time of the oath" records) but in this particular case, the whole song was composed only by kai hansen, so the song have the gammaray vibe , and the edgy or heavier vibe that always kai have when he was part on helloween, and with gammaray as well, so this song could fir perfectly on the keepers part one as well
They used the drumkit of ex drummer ingo shwecktenberg who committed suicide in 95 to record the album too. So there would be a part of him from the keeper days involved.

Your q if this is in keeping with their latest work, given that the last album was in 2015. Can’t really tell. It’s a mixture of different eras definitely. There’s some hints to the first album with Kai Hansen singing, there’s some keeper parts, some dark ride hints, but the Andi Deris era is long and varied. You shouldn’t get put off by silly album names. Bottom line, it’s unmistakable a Helloween song. Twin or even triple guitar lines, sometimes a funny bass line, double bass drumming and awesome singing with great hooks and riffs. And with a certain amount of cheese. Helloween never took themselves too seriously.
I'm glad Kiske and Hansen are back in the band. I just hope they don't put all three different singers in every song. You should listen to Master of the rings (the first album with Andi Deris).

I agree somewhat about Deris. He is a good singer but Kai and Kiske are better. Deris is getting way worse with age though. In the last concerts i have seen he just can't keep in tune and breaks alot.

This isn't any different than what they've been doing all along really, you should find something o enjoy in any period of their music. The so called "weird" albums are really only have weird titles. "Rabbit" was a great album, "Pink Bubbles" and "Chameleon" are considered the black sheep of the catalog, but I think they are still good albums, just a little more experimental (especially Chameleon), and they got a bad rap mostly because fans were expecting Keeper part 3 and 4 I guess.

I've listened to it 12 times and I just don't like it. I can't get into it. It's forgettable to me, I can barely remember a line from it. It's great that they're all together but the song is shit in my opinion, the lyrics are childish. Helloween are my favourite band by the way.

Kai Hansen said that album version of the song is about 13mins.

Love Master of the Rings(Uli Kusch’s drumming is fantastic), but Deris even back then wasn’t wasn’t in the same league as Kiske.
