COURSE DESCRIPTION
We at the Yoga Wellness Center, share a deep commitment to both the practical and the theoretical teaching of yoga. We are accredited Yoga Therapy Centre and Yoga Training Centre under Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of Ayush, Govt of India.
YWC is also accredited Yoga Training Centre Under Karnataka Samskrit University (Govt. of Karnataka), Fit India (Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs) and Indian Yoga Association.
Our Teacher Training Course is uniquely designed to accommodate the needs of working professionals, students and home makers. Throughout the course duration, students need engagement from Monday to Sunday.
During the week days (Monday to Friday), practical APMB classes will be conducted at 6 am, 7.10 am and 6 pm. You are allowed to attend any of these classes as per your convenience. Morning practical classes will be based on regular Asana and Pranayama. Evening Class will be based on Yoga Therapy. These classes enable students to improve self-practices and enriching yogic knowledge.
We conduct Intensive training during Weekends. Saturday morning begins with Meditation and Yoga Nidra Class from 7 am to 9 am followed by two theory classes (90 minutes each). Every Sunday morning practical class will be based on learning teaching and therapeutic skills followed by two theory class (90 minutes each)We at the Yoga Wellness Center, share a deep commitment to both the practical and the theoretical teaching of yoga.
