Independence Day is a terrible day for my dogs - they hide, they shiver, it is sad. The fireworks and such have to end by 11 pm around here so once it ends they come back to life. Have to be there to pet and console them for a couple of hours. It is sad. They freak out. My neighbors do a lot of fireworks and there are fireworks in the center of town. Hope you had a fabulous party. Sounds like it was going to be delicious - I love tacos and all the accoutrement. Happy 4th of July, Natasha. I’m going to Trader Joe’s today. I hope I find the new items. I may have to try that new Shrimp stir-fry. Looks like something hubby and I would love.

Q: are the coconut smoothies sweet? Also, if you have ever had regular pasta, does the chickpea pasta taste similar?

Thank you! Coconut smoothies are not overly sweet. Chickpea pasta and regular pasta taste different but I still really enjoy chickpea pasta! My workouts vary- I cycle ~50 miles a week, Pilates 2x a week, mixed in with some running, and other work outs and work out classes!
