Thank you so much what an amazing vedio!.
What if you are not a mature student like younger than 23 then how it would go?
and ca we do tranfer from other universities and if we are doing transfers are we still required to take exam for admission?.
    Thank you for your consideration

@Unique Awo. Thank you. So far there is no ECT transfer from other schools in nursing. If you are younger than 23 years, you have to go through leaving cert route or the level 5 route if you have written your leaving cert and did not get up to the points for nursing.

Please what if you have done Bsc in microbiology here in Nigeria and want to study nursing in Ireland can I use graduate entry and how am I going to go about that

Sure you can use graduate entry. Visit www.cao.ie and read about nursing. Email them for details.
But honestly if you want faster route, apply to the UK via ucas.co.uk because with microbiology, you can get 2 years nursing and you will be registered as a staff nurse but in Ireland, you have to do the 4 years. It is because Ireland do not recognise ECT from other courses towards nursing for now but in the UK, they do. Just to let you know other quicker pathway. In both countries if you do not have their passport, you will be paying intentional student fees so you can as well cut what you have to pay. Hope this Helps.

Hi Mariam, pls kindly watch the videos again on how to apply and to who but it is still 4 years but you can check in the UK for 2 years but you must have lived in the UK for 3 years. However contact the university of your choice for clarity as system continues to change and very fast both in Ireland and UK. Both countries are very similar.

@ Mokoakoa, I am not sure if I understand what you mean. In Europe registered nurse (RN) are referred as staff nurse.
