    Malvani recipe Curry
    Spouted Kulit
    Dhane Jeera Powder
    Red Chilly Powder
    Turmeric
    Garam Masala
    1/2 cup onion
    2 tomatoes
    4-5 cup water
    Horse Gram Kulit
    In the pressure cooker along with 4 to 5 cups of water. Pressure cooker the Horse Gram Kulit for 2-3 whistles.
    when the pressure in the cooker settles down on its own, open the lid.
    In mixer grind the Horse gram.
    In pan, heat 1.5 tbsp oil or ghee. first add curry leaves
    then add onion and tomato.
    then add the turmeric powder then dhane jeere powder, add garam masala, add red chilly powder stir and then add malvani vatap
    add Grinned Horse Gram Kulit 4 cup drained water which we keep aside when we have pressure cook the horse gram stir very well.
    and salt.
    add it at this step.
    simmer for 10-12 minutes on a low flame with till the desired consistency is reached.
    lastly check the taste of amti and add more salt, serve the amti with steamed rice topped with.
