No bmw guy, the shape is well thoughtover, but i have the venere 2.5 and the parts which are placed with kit, ain't nicely done, i have the wood version and it is btw far from highend, butt it needs a better crossover and you need a warm amp, i use goldenote 50watt ,and that's enough,but use no old cd player a la cheap
the problem is simple, i ve listened to the cm8v2 r vefsion 7 and higher and with more good systems and cd's, only the 2.5 kept at high power a good sepertated sound, only the standard crossover is tuned they say?...bulls... just search for it and it's a cheap made crossover,shich i find back in my 1200euro pair quadrals. if you like nice mid highs ,take it, if you want base, try the 3.0,but better, built just a good sub with active filter,notch and try to intergrate them....And the price....the small dali s are a bargain, but the larger once ain't great with some volume ...i prefer btw a passive preamp....a bit work to make it, but it pays of

That box you speak of is been pressed with 8 layers of different wood to accomplish the great tone that they have. Alot like a fine set of drums. Do some research, you'll sound just a little bit smarter.

Nowadays too many spkrs are sold w/o grills, leaving them to appear unfinished, drivers are ugly to stare at🤬. Using elastic cords for grills is a sad, halfhearted attempt, that doesn’t hide them. Gryphon also uses the same idea, which I find pathetically laughable. There’s no sonic penalty to use acoustically transparent cloth, just keep any cats out of the room😳. Spikes provide next to nothing as a sonic improvement, invest into isolators, Ansuz Darkz are my recommendation.
Much better and beautiful than the new Amati Tradition.

Only wish they sounded as great as they look... which has always been the issue with Sonus Fabers against other better sounding speakers.
